Thank you for your interest in the Swan Medical Group, a Medical Centre located in Midland, Perth Western Australia.
This practice aims to provide a comprehensive range of general practice family orientated medical care services to all individuals and families in the community.
Our Code of Ethics is that defined by the Australian Medical Association Code of Ethics. All patient consultations and medical records are kept strictly confidential. Most consultations are bulk-billed, so please remember to bring your medicare care and any form of concession card (i.e., Pension, Healthcare, Veterans Affairs or Seniors card) when visiting the practice.
